Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

We use third-party delivery providers to fulfil orders, which may include Royal Mail, DPD, Evri or other equivalent courier services

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Risk in the Products passes to you when the Products come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person identified by you to take delivery.
Ownership of the Products passes to you once we have received full payment.

If delivery is delayed due to events outside our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or your unavailability, we may charge for reasonable re-delivery costs.
